I have arrived in New York! JetBlue in SFO is pretty nice, since it's in a branch of the international terminal that has very few people and a nice pizza place to boot. That said, I couldn't manage to fall asleep on the flight, and then there was the hour-long subway ride to Manhattan. So far, no real mishaps -- I didn't realize the line I was on was the express, but oh well. Also, I discovered I can knit on the subway on no sleep, luggage and a giant laptop bag in my lap, and little elbow room.

I am very proud of myself for dropping down selvage stitches and fixing them while on the subway as well.

The JFK Jet Blue terminal has a spa in it. Once I found myself w/some extra time before flying to Seattle & I got a foot massage. Best thing to do before a flight ever!
