I can't believe I found another one of these teru teru guys, but I did, so I had to icon him!

(now everyone thinks I am a weird white doll with a giant head)

I came home and was tired from work and was very loud! So I sang more rat songs to my rats (they rhymed! It is easy to rhyme when your song only has one word!) and I scritched Fitz-rat and morked very loudly. I tried to make him mork fiercely and ferociously, because he is a fierce and ferocious rat, but he would not. So I morked for him.

I don't think I was fierce and ferocious but I was VERY LOUD!

Mork!

I like words ending in -ork.

Probably not, as I have no idea what you're talking about! I was quoting a line from Momiji's silly little song in the "Fruits Basket" anime. :D A lyrics-less MP3! What are those little round white things, and why did you adopt them for your icons?

Oh how funny! I had no idea!

The little guys are actually teru teru bouzu, which are little dolls resembling ghosts made of white tissue or cloth. In Japan kids make them and hang them up in the windows if they want the rain to go away. I bet Momiji was playing off that too!

Anyway, so of course they've got this cute little Sanrio-esque version of them on merchandise called "teru teru tenshi" (shine shine angels or something like that). I just saw one on a cell phone strap in Japan and fell in love with the guy and got the strap. Then I found the doll in a department store in Taiwan and decided to get it and randomly iconned it early on, and it somehow just stuck as my default icon!

But I like them, and they are happy, and I like sun, so it seems to fit.
