I think many of the people reading me already know

yeloson, but in case not, he's a friend of mine who was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Luckily, the type he's got has a very high cure rate (whew!!), but medical bills + living expenses kind of add up when you've got cancer. So... help Chris punch cancer in the face! It's amazingly already past the second goal, but given the healthcare system in the US and disability and whatnot, every bit helps.
