Hee!

I finally made it to my local knitting group! Um, well, my third local knitting group, that is. I had much fun, ate chicken katsu musubi (must be brave and have spam musubi next time), knit more sock, and learned about the following patterns....

telophase, I was thinking of you and how you always find wretched knitting patterns that you would never ever wear. Not that these are wearable, but I thought you'd enjoy the sheer cracktasticness.

I present: the snatchel and the beanis.

Knit them together for handy impromptu sex ed and/or anatomy sessions! Rib the snatchel for further stretchiness! And be able to tell your friends that you've indulged in fisting while just fishing for change in your purse! (jokes courtesy of aforementioned knitting group, as I was too busy trying not to snort rice up my nose)

VVC 2006!

Possibly the latest VVC 2006 post EVER....

So I spent most of the weekend obsessively watching and re-watching my VVC 2006 DVDs, largely because for the past few days staring too long at my monitor has caused extreme nausea and queasiness. (wtf?! how am I supposed to check my email every five seconds and refresh LJ every 2 seconds like this? computer! stop messing with my lifestyle!)

Notes are on vids on the three DVDs, as I didn't actually go to VVC and didn't see the auction vids and others. This is also going to be a HUGE post -- if I don't write these all up now, I'll probably never do it.

My mind mostly shut down during the Club Vivid vids, largely because most of the music didn't really work for me.
