I think "The Closer" and "In Plain Sight" fit the bill of a procedural show centering on a (white) woman, who is brilliant at her job and not the easiest person to be around (and unfortunately the shows tend to be white-gaze-y/problematic in a lot of the same ways as shows that centre on a white man). A show starring a WOC like this, though? I'm drawing a blank.
