Eep, more job worrying. So now things seem to be going ok -- they're going to try and see if the new person can shelve the computer section, which would be very, very nice because then I wouldn't have to work directly under the annoying boss. I mean, I would, but that's the section he buys so he overrides me a lot more there than in other places. Nice boss is starting me on buying soon, and I started teaching the new buyer trainee coordinating, which means I can hopefully skip out on that soon. But, L, the buyer who is not one of the bosses is leaving in about three weeks.

While this is good because this means they definitely have to make me start buying soon, it makes me feel even more guilty about thinking of leaving. Plus, I want to buy for a bit just to see what it's all about.

I don't know. I don't want to leave them high and dry, and I want some extra time so I can learn how to buy at least at a relatively proficient level. But I don't want to stop the job search. But then, I guess it will take a lot of time anyway.

Now I'm wondering if I should tell the career counselor person or not.

Argh.

Wow, good luck with all that. The buying does sound interesting, but if you feel you need to find a job more suited to you, then I guess job-hunting is inevitable! Also, if you need a job that pays more, which makes sense if you want to be more independent. (I hope your parents calm down about you moving in with the boy. My parents would probably have the same kind of hissy fit, so I know what you mean.)
