Picture spam: rats and knitting

The leaf lace scarf I made for vom_marlowe. The yarn is a hand-dyed silk from ArtYarns, and my camera in no way captures the depth of the color or the subtle variations in it.




I modified the design somewhat to make the columns between the leaves purl instead of garter, so the opposite side would have wavy knit columns.




Ed-rat and Al-rat lazing about.

And steals food. I swear, by the way these guys eat, you'd think I was cruelly starving them.

Rats bravely venturing out of the safe blanket. These two guys are so funny! They scamper back under cover at any scary noise (i.e. if I sneeze).




Ed-rat is a little braver than Al-rat, even though Al-rat can beat him up more easily.
