If you can't even keep water down, it might be a good idea to call your doctor now. Or, at least, make sure you have somebody local to check on you regularly--dehydration is a real danger if it keeps up for long.
I remember when I was little and had bad barfy-flu, my mom would give me sugar-pop (like, Coke or 7-up); she claimed the carbonation would "settle my stomach." I have no idea if that's a scientifically valid approach, but maybe worth trying? Cutting the pedialyte or gatorade w/ soda water might be more nutritionally sound...
