Any of Anita Mui's songs are excellent; unfortunately she passed away a few years ago from ovarian cancer. She also sings in Mandarin.

Another suggestion is to look for Cantonese hip hop - start with LMF (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LMF) - short for Lazy Mutha Fuckas - since disbanded, but full of disaffected youth lyrics. You might not catch the entire gist of it because there's tons of Cantonese slang, but definitely worth listening to.
