Back home!

Thankfully, the car wasn't towed, and I only got stuck with two parking tickets. My first flight ended up being delayed, so I thought I was going to miss my connection, but the connection ended up being delayed as well. Yay, sort of?

Also, rilina has posted pictures of the trip, including Sasuke-rabbit and the Hayride of the Lost!

During my time there, we managed to watch eps. 1-4 of Coffee Prince, random episodes of the Nana anime (from the episodes we watched, it seems to be a straight adaptation of the manga, usually with frames taken right from panels and word-for-word dialogue matching), and the bizarre Nanami episodes of Utena.

And Sasuke-rabbit is even funnier with visuals. He appears to be moping over the tragic inability to properly adapt Battle Shorts to lapine hindquarters.

I know! Isn't it awesome? And I love the Hayride of the Lost sign! When we got closer to the building, they were playing spooky music with moans and stuff as well.

It probably would have had more effect had it not been a) smack during noon and b) for a Hayride of the Lost.

Nanami episodes! I hope you saw the egg one, that's my favorite. And the cowbell!

But the serious Nanami two-parter later in the series, about her relationship with her brother, just devastated me.
