Oh huh, Collette didn't ping me as a POC. In general, I really liked her, though I'm a bit sad that they went for a romance between her and Linguine, because I liked her better as the tough mentor.
Race-wise, though, I squirmed a bit at the "Chop-socky" Chinese food Gusteau cut-out and when the black character in the kitchen made some random comment about bad juju.
