I'm back (again)

I'm back from Houston! Thankfully, it is sans-jetlag and sans-homesickness and plus one newly married friend (congratulations, anleedruid!).

Anyhow, still catching up on LJ and woefully behind on everything, so if I haven't responded, this is a blanket apology and explanation. Also, things are probably going to be a little insane this week while I catch up with everything... everything is messy! There's a ton of stuff to get through at work! There are things to organize and people to call! Good lord.

And yeah, being at Houston with high school friends and a ton of things to do for the wedding has thankfully taken the horrible empty feeling off the homesickness. I mean, I still miss my parents and Taiwan but in a low-key way. And I feel like doing things again and being busy, all of which are good.

Plus, I have an anti-Valentine's party to plan and Olympics to watch soon!

Wah, I'm so behind on comments that I've sort of given up on catching up =(.

And I'm so behind on life that I haven't had time to make an LJ post because I don't know what to post about! Hopefully things will be less crazy next week.
