OMG truffles! Someone left Godiva truffles out! I have been manfully resisting the lure of chocolate today, but I have been unmanned by the truffles.

Can one be unmanned if one wasn't really a man in the first place?

I am now on my second one, and it is dark chocolate and rich and too much to eat in one bite. So I am nibbling at it and drinking some of my coworker's green tea with pear and sunflower to clear my mouth, and it is lovely.

1. There is no point in resisting Godiva truffles. I mean really -- I don't think anyone could eat more than, say, six at one time, and after that you certainly wouldn't want to eat any more. Not that I have. er. empirically tested this hypothesis, or anything.

2. I say "womanfully," partly as a joke, partly not.
