Yay! I am in SF!
Yesterday was extremely wonky because I sort of collapsed on the sofa and fell asleep after going home from work early, thanks to my week-long headache. Of course, that meant I wasn't able to actually fall asleep when I should until 2 in the morning. And I had to get up at 6 in the morning to go to my conference in the city this morning.
The conference was actually extremely, extremely cool. I am a geek ^_^. But! I use my lovely new icon (courtesy of![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-syndicated.gif)
rilina) because one of the credos we were supposed to take away from it was that the back button is apparently the button of... (wait for it) DOOM!
Things of doom amuse me.
Anyhow, I've met up withrilina and had a tasty dinner with her and her friend at a lovely, hole-in-the-wall Japanese place. $18 for three people bought quite a bit of sashimi and sushi! rachelmanija, next time you come up, we have to do the cheap sushi and giant cake for dessert thing! The funny thing is, last time I was in San Francisco, my friend's sister's friend introduced us all to the Japanese place and the dessert place, so now they're irrevocably linked in my mind.
I think I shall spend most of tomorrow sitting in Borders and reading manga, along with flitting around the city and doing completely random things and not thinking or stressing about moving.
