The sad thing is, it sounds a lot more interesting than it actually is! I
really wanted a lot about the ramifications of discovering that your god is
actually a spaceship, but most of the books focus on time periods before
the discovery is made public to focus on the angels and their love lives.
I evilly want more about reverence for the angels falling apart and lots of
crises of faith.
I don't know if I enjoy Xenogenesis per se, since it's pretty
heavy at points, but I think it's really interesting, and it'll be a good
reread. I read Dawn so long before I read the next two that I barely
remember it.
Thanks for the link! I was totally thinking about the links with slavery
even in the first chapter, will be interested to see how it develops
