I finally thought of a title and subtitle to my LJ. Part of that is because I never realized it could have a title and/or subtitle until that meme was going around a while back, and then I couldn't think of anything more creative than: "Oyceter's LJ -- where Oyceter writes stuff."

Not that the new one is really any more creative ;). But hey, it's accurate!

And since it sort of relates, I figure I will do that whole "purpose of this LJ" or "rules of blogging" or whatever that was going around a while ago.

I write about things I think about. I think about a lot of random things. I personally have no purpose for the LJ except as a sort of brain dump, so I can go over and not forget things I was thinking (a real problem). Plus, it's nice to have a sort of record of all the strange things I think about, because half the time I don't know who to tell them to, and it seems rather wasteful to use all the energy thinking weird things and not have anything come of it.

Anyhow, in case no one noticed, I have no grand blogging plan, no great purpose. The only purpose I have right now is to keep track of all the books I have read for a year, just for the heck of it, and that's rather secondary.

Read me if you want, don't if you don't want (although that is probably common sensical). Ditto with the whole friending thing. I generally friend back. Unfriend at will.

Ummm... yeah. That's about it.

*nod* Masq and I were talking about this last week a bit too (what we use the journals for.) I enjoy reading you always. Life being life, and me being me, don't always have much to say, or enough time to scrap those few grey cells together enough to say it coherently.

Thank you ^_^. And I always look forward to your posts, even though I sometimes don't have anything to say. Just wanted to let you know that the poem posts and the gardening posts and etc. are very welcome.
