Wiscon!

I have made it to Wiscon! Thanks to both planes being delayed, I missed dinner, which was promptly remedied by late-night restaurants here. Pasta and breaded chicken on pizza is really quite good, as is barbeque sauce, steak, and french fries. On the other hand, I like tuna and corn pizza and french fries and hot dogs pizza as well, so YMMV.

I managed to reread Octavian Nothing on the plane in preparation for spontaneous programming, and now, I should start watching Chinese fantasy movie #23098. What I have learned so far from attempting to mainline Chinese fantasy movies: Brigitte Lin is made of win. Also, she kills people with her hair. Hopefully by the time it's tomorrow night, I will have thought of more than that to say at my panel.

I cannot remember, in my current tired and inebriated state, if she ever kills anyone with just her Glare of DOOM, but damnit, she SHOULD be able to. If looks could kill, the picture in the dictionary illustrating the concept should be her classic death-glare.
