Racists Buttwipes (aka Idiots talking about Asian history like they birthed it this morning and you smacking the stupid right back at them like the hand of G-d)
Soft ice cream colors, especially relating to fabric or fiber or thread. Heads in jars. Fairytales retold. Giggling until I can't sit up straight. Dance: swing, lindy, shows on YouTube, era-dresses and shoes, big band sound.
Edited to add: And food. Man, I often wander around the local restaurant menus wishing you were here. We're both adventurous eaters and I had so much fun when we went wandering the city, seeking manga and eating amazing food.
Rats. Lacy knitted things. Unusual foods (especially photos of same), and the Madison farmers' market at Wiscon. Kdramas (along with vonnie_k). Young adult book reviews (along with coffeeandink). Romance novels, especially indignation about Characters Who Are Too Stupid To Live. Heroes S1. Cultural Appropriation Debate of Doom, and IBARW.
And probably more stuff that I won't think of until it's in front of me!
Dance. Times when I want to find a good East Asian cookbook and I don't know who else to call. Totally On-topic: I've taken up bellydancing (Jenna's beginner dvd is great for posture problems) and I think you could write a cracktastic series of posts on the problems of cultural stereotyping and appropriation inherent in it. I think Rachel Brice of the Bellydancing Superstars is a truly astounding artist, and I can understand the need to get paid, but I'm not ok with the BDSS being sponsored by the US govt as a way of "bridging cultures". Especially when you consider all the (male) poets and musicians they've banned from performing in the US.
Race in Fiction/Media. In fact, every time I see a copy of Marc Aronson's Race (http://www.amazon.com/Race-History-Beyond-Black-White/dp/0689865546/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1201576112&sr=1-1), I wonder what you'd think of it.

And more seriously, the inclusion and portrayal of people of color in "our" types of literature.
