Heroes 2x06-2x08

I haven't been watching these while they aired or writing them up because I've sort of lost interest in the show. Today's episode was better than the last few have been, but it still had elements in it that made me want to throw something at the screen.
So far, I'm glad Adam Munroe/Kensei seems to be one of the big bads and that West is looking more and more evil. I also continue to like what I've seen of Monica and Micah. Mohinder has sadly done some stupid things again, though I don't even remember what! I just remember yelling at the screen. I don't particularly remember what Matt has done either. So... yeah. I'm just very meh all around, which makes me sad. On the other hand, meh is better than wanting to throw things at the TV. I think I'll be sticking around until the end of this arc and then... we'll see.
I feel this flashback episode could have been awesome, only... it has the twins being weepy and incestuous, and while I am rather fond of their dynamic, I would like to see Maya go an episode without crying. DL's death (if he's dead? He seems pretty dead. That didn't seem like something they could trick Niki with) was incredibly stupid. And it was worse having an episode with DL because I was reminded of how much I liked him. I know some people found him and Niki boring, but I really liked them and thought they were sweet together.
Am not impressed with psychotic lightning girl, and would like to have one woman with agency who isn't homicidal please? Ok, there's Monica and Claire, but the show's really not winning back many points. Especially with the jibe about Elle needing to be in control. Because all women who want to be in control are evil!
I wasn't even that excited about the Peter-Nathan bond, and I usually like them as siblings. I also don't like how they got Heidi out of the picture, though at least it was sort of for a reason. Sort of.
In conclusion, am very meh, though I am glad to see Hiro coming back next episode. Hiro-and-Ando Show, I am counting on you!
