Btw, I just watched the first disc of Princess Tutu yesterday! It is wonderful!

Eeee, Tutu! Isn't it JUST? Post about it so I can squee in a carefully nonspoilery fashion at you! Episode 5 is so wonderfully creepy at the end. When you get to it, episode 12 is my favorite single episode.

I Netflixed the first disc of Tutu (almost two years ago, wow) expecting to mock it and fell head over heels instead. Yesterday I went to see Giselle at the Atlanta Ballet totally because of Tutu, and I spent a lot of the time going "Wheeee, I kinda know that music from Tutu!"

(This one time I was browsing at Borders and then at random was like, "Why do I suddenly feel so overwhelmed with emotion that I want to cry? ...It's the music! Why is the music making me feel like this?! .....OH MY GOD THEY'RE PLAYING ANIME MUSIC! OH MY GOD! THAT'S SO COOL! OH MY GOD! I LOVE BORDERS! I'M STARTING TO CRY! I LOVE THAT THEY'RE PLAYING ANIME MUS---.......ohhhhhhhhh this is actually the big famous finale song from Swan Lake. Um. I'll just. Quietly creep away now.

So, thanks to Tutu, Swan Lake is now WAAAAAHHH anime music in my head.)


Aaaaand I will stop Tutu-babbling now. But I am full of love!

Have you given thought to maybe the orange paper airplanes of DOOM as a Saiyuki tie-in? Or, though it doesn't even have flight to tie it into the poultry of doom, the harisen of DOOM?

I totally should! I even have an artbook pic of Goku and Sanzo, though not Koumyou....

I've also been meaning to make a Sakura of DOOM icon for Gaiden and a Sanzo+gun=OTP series of icons as well.

See, sakura of DOOM could apply to so many series. It's kinda mindboggling. Also, feathers, but feathers are a given when fowl are involved.

Ok, that does it. I so need a manga/anime sakura of DOOM animated icon for myself!

Also, eeeee! You took the parrot one! That one is my absolute favorite because of the emphasis lines. Also also, I had to make up the dialogue in the word balloon because the original wouldn't fit. But "Die! Die!" pretty much sums up the gist of it.

Also, I am particularly proud of the Hitsugaya WTF one, because I colored him in myself and I think his hair actually turned out pretty well.

Thanks! It was mostly sheer luck!

I ended up coloring in my own Rukia "Oops... oh well" icon, along with the WTF Hitsugaya and Rukia ????.

And now, I am taking Naruto scans and Saiyuki scans and having fun!
