I didn't like this one as much -- all the characters felt a little off to me, the anger was too sudden, and it felt very strange in my show. Will's anger in particular felt out of character. Not the anger itself, because I felt that had been established in Recreation, and I also liked how they wove in his uncomfortableness with counseling and therapy that was in a previous episode. But the way the anger expressed itself, especially the way he was talking to Helen, it didn't feel like Will. Luke felt more Luke-ish, though.

Even Joan's giant run-on speech to her mom felt just a little off for some reason, though I sympathized with her.

However, some really good Joan-God dialogue. "I hope they pee on you!" Hee! And I liked that God's mission this time didn't have a very obvious purpose, but that it did lots of things... Kevin and Luke ended up having their conversation in the car because Kevin came to pick up Joan, Joan got to see another side of Iris (and hopefully help the kids), Adam let go a little of Joan. Don't know if that last one was intentional, but maybe it's good for Adam not to be too stuck on Joan?

I also really, really loved the Kevin-Luke conversations. And it was nice to see some focus on Luke's issues finally. But they hurt in the right way, unlike the earlier fight between Will and Helen.

And the final wordless scene in which Helen goes from anger to acceptance to forgiveness was perfect.

ETA: And I made myself a new Luke and Grace icon! Yay!
