Angel 4x20 Sacrifice

Jasmine is very creepy, with the laughing and the cuts and speaking out of people's mouths.

Angel is also very creepy, with the hitting and the hitting and the hitting.

Gunn is getting cool again... feels more like street Gunn that we met back in season 1.

Fred is kind of interesting.

Wes, as always, is great.

Seriously, though, I'm finding this Jasmine arc a lot more interesting than I thought it would. The pod people thing sounded hokey at first, but is incredibly freaky (especially since I was also scared by the Invasion of the Body Snatchers with Donald Sutherland). And for some reason, this battle feels much scarier than Buffy's because the AI ranks are divided, they're all still recovering from all the nasty stuff that went on last year, and etc.

That's all. My brain is going to shut down now so I can wake up at 8 to bind my thesis.

And who's the dark-haired chick showing all the skin? Faith? If it's a "lost episode" of S5, how can Faith be there?

I'm thinkin' that maybe it's a darker-haired Anya, only because I imagine if Faith would be in the game, she'd be a playable character, and the only playable ones in the game are Angel, Buffy, Willow, Xander and Spike. They were gonna have Giles in the game, but he'd most likely get hit in the head and be knocked unconscious before the title screen even passed.

Ah, Anya. Yes, that makes sense. I should have thought of that. Although that outfit is kinda gung-ho for Anya. I like her with dark hair, anyway.

I'm still disturbed by Sid, though. What if they're all standing there stunned by Cordelia's rendition of "The Greatest Love of All." The game might be creepy.
