Oh, oh, Fiona's part of the team now! This was such an awesome episode, from Harry's interview questions and practicing with Ruth to Adam's ruthless side resurfacing again, despite his softer side when it comes to Fiona (relatively softer, that is).
And I would write more about it, because I very much liked it, but I have seen the series finale and I absolutely must talk about that as it has wiped all rational thought from my head.
3x10 The Suffering of Strangers
OMG they killed Danny!! Oh, ow ow ow ow. I was sobbing through the episode, and they had me on the seat of my chair through the entire thing, and oh, Danny. Oh, my god.
It still hurts.
And because I know the show, and because they did what they did to Helen in the second episode, and because of what happened to Tom and to Zoe and to Riff and B and all the other people that the spooks interact with, I had no idea what was going to happen, because I knew that the show would not hold back, no matter what.
I actually started watching and seriously believing that they were going to kill Fiona, particularly after the previouslies and the cute sappy scenes between her and Adam. And it would of course maximize Adam angst, and I thought Danny had gone through enough in the season already. But oh, they went there, and oh, he chose to, and he's just lost so much, Tom and Zoe and not having killed before and his conscience. And Ruth's face, and Adam's, and Harry's and Sam's. And Ruth, at the very end, staying there with Danny.
(ok am crying again)
I adore Harry and Ruth so much, particularly when Adam tells Ruth about the chocolates and she knocks, and Harry knows something is wrong. And I love that he absolutey trusts her when she says it's serious.
And oh, just... oh.
I continue to love Adam and Fiona, not just the cool shiny spy bits, but the dark hints underneath.
But oh, Danny.

Adam rocks. I adore Adam, particularly seeing Adam breaking and at the complete end of his rope. The entire scene after Danny's been shot is amazing (the montage).
And Ruth.... oh... Ruth. I love Ruth so much.
