Vaguely down now, therefore will do a meme (my logic, do not question):


Owner of: A laptop that's been gutted twice. Too few books.
Love and relationships: Hi boy! Hi family!
Religion: raised Christian, learned all the stories, apparently grew disillusioned very rapidly (so says my sister, who tells me I tried to convince her religion was the opiate of the masses back in eighth grade). Now am a practicing nothing really.
Politics: Really liberal, in that idealistic way that most people think is stupid. But very unmotivated about politics in general.
M.O.: Be quiet and inconspicuous until I get to know people really well, at which point, I never shut up.
Computer: I hate it. It hates me. I love it to pieces too.
Camera: Cute blue Fuji digital that I don't use enough, but is fun for iconning.
Music: Yes. Currently obsessed with Del Amitri, Celtic punk, and Me First.
Star sign: Leo, with a heavy dose of Cancer.
Chinese astrological year: Chicken
Undergraduate: East Asian Studies, with a thesis on Utena.
Master's: Still trying to forget the pain of the thesis. Then maybe something practical. But probably will do something as impractical as writing a dissertation on myth and fairy tales or the like.
Doctorate: See above.
Flower: My minis, which are amazingly still alive after the attack of the Evil Spider Mites of Doom.
Instrument: Piano, which I hated. Some recorder. The ocarina the boy bought at the Ren Faire. A teeny bit of guitar.
Fruit: Yes! Anything except cantaloupe and honey dew, especially my tropical Taiwan fruit.
Dance: Really want to learn.
Knit: Have probably forgotten how.
Sew: Can make do. Should also work on my cross-stitch eventually.
Swear: Used to never do it. Oh just go see scrollgirl's entry ;). That's me.
Bake: Can make a pretty yummy applesauce cake.
Cook: Yes. Generally involves looking at the refrigerator and trying to figure out how many things I can stir fry together before everything goes bad and to still have it taste ok.
Sing: Love love love it. Not that great though. But still love it.
Family: Mom, Dad, me, sister.
Friends: Enough?
Childhood pet name: Jie, a sort of shortened, Englishized version of "big sister" in Chinese.
Books: Can never have too many!
Class: Humanities type stuff.
Ambition: To be a good person? To do what I want to do in life? To figure out what I want to do in life?
Sell-out price: Nuh uh. Been there, done that, still have near breakdowns recalling it. Although I may say differently after living on my very small paycheck for a while.
Flavor: Soy?
Tattoos: Kind of want something on the small of my back or something really cool like wings on my shoulder blades, but am too scared of pain and permanence. Looking into henna.
Piercings: The typical one per ear.
Hair: Black, and currently badly cut.
Eyes: Dark brown, with very bad vision.
Allergies: Cats =(. I want one too. I want a whole houseful.
Quality of life: Good.
Sense of humor: Really quirky. Enjoy Monty Python-esque things as well as the really bad puns. Actually, I have a real fondness for horrible puns. I will blame this all on Piers Anthony.
Spice: Um, yes? Makes food fun.
Other languages: Chinese and Japanese. Sadly, I read about the same rate in both. Want to learn Korean, Italian, Spanish, French and ASL, as of now.
Sleep: It's like intertia. I will read until my eyes glaze over before going to bed, but once I'm asleep, you don't want to mess with me. I am not a morning person.
Drug: Internet ^_^. And caffeine.
Cleanliness level: I think mine is good... my mom thinks it's abysmal.
Bury me: At Wounded Knee? Er.
Lifetime achievements: Making it through college without them realizing they admitted me by accident ;). Wrote a thesis. Read a lot. Still working on it.
Game: Super Puzzle Fighter II! And cards. I love cards, if there isn't much gambling involved.
Magazine: Um. Not attached to that many, although Wired is pretty nifty.
Motto: Follow your heart (ergo my short attention span)

MMmm I'd love to write it. Well, not really. But I'd have enormous amounts of fun doing the research... it's probably what I would have ended up writing had I majored in English instead of EAS.

Things are better now that it's the day off ;). How bout you?
