I'd like to write about 'Why I Write Mickey but not Gunn', which all boils down to character types (I find it easier to write the character who seems to be a coward but is really quite brave when he has to be than the character who is too often dismissed as just the muscle even when he knows stuff the others don't) and background (I know about working class Londoners, I know less about the underpriviledged classes of West Coast USA -- East Coast would be easier for me to research as well) as well as their respective geeky interests (again a UK vs USA effect).

And maybe I'd like to write more about how my experiences affect how I view media and people around me, except I don't want that to be all about me. It's a tricky one.
