Even more picture spam!

Yet another photo session with the rats. This one actually turned out way better than the others, as in the percentage of good pictures to bad is quite excellent! Mind you, the only thing that makes a picture good is it being in focus, seeing as how I am not so good with the camera and that the rats move very fast!



This is what my rats do a lot -- they just sort of line up together so that they can both take advantage of the scritching.


Um, and this is what I do a lot. I am kissing his tummy because it is fat and squishy and incredibly cute. Um, yes. So if you see me with strange scratches on my face now, you'll know why...


And this is what I do after I kiss their tummies! Fool-rat puts up with this much better than Fitz-rat does, though Fitz-rat is slowly getting used to it. They'll just lie there sometimes when they're in a good mood and lick my fingers. It's so cute!


And this means, "Ok, that's it! Eep! Lemme go! I am a dignified rat, dagnabbit!"


Amazingly, I got this picture right! The rats get very curious about the camera, as you can see. Anyway, check out Fool-rat's nose, up close and personal.


And these are the absolute cutest pictures from the day!!

They should be titled "The Rat Prince" or something to that effect ;).




Yup, it's fannishly and the fuzzbutts! It's almost like Beauty and the Beast, except... with a greater size differential. And my rats are not beastly, though fannishly is quite lovely ^_^.

Makes me sorry I never got any pictures of Dragon Cockroach. He's recognizable due to a shriveled left front wing as well as a broken-short right antenna (a few of them have that). The name Dragon came because one night I saw him draggin' a section of boiled egg shell across the counter. He's somewhat unusual in the high degree of consistency in carrying food items back to a less exposed place.

More than you wanted to know, I'm sure. But not all of us can have rats.
