Tactics is a charming and infrequently published manga set in the ... oh, I'm blanking on the name of the era. Early modernization, pre-WWI. About a cute money-hungry folklorist who sees demons and the tall, dark, handsome ogre-eating demon he's been pursuing for his whole life to ~~love and cherish~~ be his very best friend. Lots of neat Japanese mythology bits; takes a while to get going.
