I really like it too! The most obnoxious cameos in her earlier books seem to be the ones in The Last Hellion and Lord of Scoundrels. Well, the footnotes were definitely annoying and hopefully added later by the publisher. But the books were so good that I forgave them.

And now I want to reread Mr. Impossible! I remember a few very brief mentions of Alistair and Mirabel, but luckily no appearances.
