My favorite movies are up on the Aqueduct Press blog, where I am supposed to be contributing as a guest blogger and have failed to do so miserably this year.

The 6th POC in SF Carnival was posted a few days ago. The theme is Sankofa in Space, and delux_vivens does a really incredible job going through the history of racial tension in fandoms. I'm not even sure where to begin; her links go from WEB DuBois to a recent interview on Martha. My favorites were the piece on anti-Black Asian-Americans and shadowfae's post on Tia Dalma, but everything in there is great.
