In Bridget-Jones style: Am brilliant Household Goddess.

In real life terms, cooked for the first time in forever. It looked and tasted quite good too! Broiled salmon steaks with lots of salt and pepper and lemon, spinach salad with almonds, dried cherries and blush wine vinaigrette, and corn on the cob. Sounds rather fancy to me, but to my amazement, took a grand total of half an hour to put together.

I should broil fish more often.
