Oh, that's pretty cool! I feel like most books here don't do that (except Dunnett, heh). Well, I think books on cultures with different languages try to slip in new vocab words from the other language, but it's usually introduced in a way that makes it fairly clear that the author doesn't expect the audience to know the word.
