Funniest part: the Porsche and the garbage truck.

Second funniest: Stephanie subduing Briggs.

I feel like I should be writing good, meaty reviews, except it's sort of like reviewing romance novels. I love the characters. I don't really care so much about the plot, except that it allows the characters to get into absolutely insane situations. So it's almost like reading one giant book about Stephanie's life.

Wow, I would have killed for her love life back when I was single. Ok, maybe not.

I dunno... maybe something spectacular is going to happen in the next book, but I still don't really get the Ranger thing. I adore Morelli to pieces (he is now on the list of ten shaggable fictional characters), but so far Ranger is not sending sparks my way. But this could change.

Wow. You're really moving quickly through these! They are candy books; can't have it as a permanent diet but I do love them as a treat!

I am devouring them! On book eight currently... I think I'll just write an overall bit later, since my reviews are quite sorely lacking in substance ;).

I think after this I will settle down for a more serious read.

Ranger

It's the Dangerous Guy Who's Safe With Me trope. Ranger is mysterious and sinister and gorgeous in a sinister way, but is protective of Stephanie.

In the FCM game, Ranger is definitely the F, Morelli the M.

And, yeah, I pay no attention at all to the plots. It's all about Stephanie and her friends.

Huh. It's funny... I think I used to be very attracted to the Ranger type, but now it's definitely Morelli. Not that I was ever not attracted to the Morelli type.
