I CAN HAZ APARTMENT!!!!!

It is a bit further from public transportation than I would like, and a bit smaller than I would like. On the other hand, I really liked the manager, the place is really small and homey feeling, I like the neighborhood (I can get pizza, gelato, beer, burgers, and KFC without having to cross a street), parking was comparatively cheap, and there is no additional fee for cats!

Also, the kitchen has magnetic knife strips and a rack for hanging pots.
