I did something truly amazing today.

I went and exercised.

Wow.

I mean, actually ran on that weird elliptical thing for more than five minutes exercised.

Ok, perhaps no one else is quite as impressed as me, but let me just say that usually, if I could be a sloth (that could read), I would be.

yay, sweetie!! i think the elliptical machine is probably safer than having you on wheels (i.e., bike). =P
