oyceterGyah, watching Iron Chef at 11 at night is never a good idea. I'm so hungry now for clams. Yesterday was a Good Eats on oysters and lobsters, and now clams, and Emeril's going to do scallops, and I can taste them all. I have a particular hankering now for raw oysters, all briny and wet and slippery. Or lightly braised scallops with the insides still a little raw and tender so that the entire thing seems to melt in your mouth.
And I really want to eat lobster, steamed and juicy with almost no flavoring so it just tastes like lobster, or baked with salt and pepper, or stuffed.
