Btw, I just watched the first disc of Princess Tutu yesterday! It is wonderful!

Eeee, Tutu! Isn't it JUST? Post about it so I can squee in a carefully nonspoilery fashion at you! Episode 5 is so wonderfully creepy at the end. When you get to it, episode 12 is my favorite single episode.

I Netflixed the first disc of Tutu (almost two years ago, wow) expecting to mock it and fell head over heels instead. Yesterday I went to see Giselle at the Atlanta Ballet totally because of Tutu, and I spent a lot of the time going "Wheeee, I kinda know that music from Tutu!"

(This one time I was browsing at Borders and then at random was like, "Why do I suddenly feel so overwhelmed with emotion that I want to cry? ...It's the music! Why is the music making me feel like this?! .....OH MY GOD THEY'RE PLAYING ANIME MUSIC! OH MY GOD! THAT'S SO COOL! OH MY GOD! I LOVE BORDERS! I'M STARTING TO CRY! I LOVE THAT THEY'RE PLAYING ANIME MUS---.......ohhhhhhhhh this is actually the big famous finale song from Swan Lake. Um. I'll just. Quietly creep away now.

So, thanks to Tutu, Swan Lake is now WAAAAAHHH anime music in my head.)


Aaaaand I will stop Tutu-babbling now. But I am full of love!
