I did something truly amazing today.

I went and exercised.

Wow.

I mean, actually ran on that weird elliptical thing for more than five minutes exercised.

Ok, perhaps no one else is quite as impressed as me, but let me just say that usually, if I could be a sloth (that could read), I would be.

Good for you!

I love the elliptical thingy... gets the same workout as running, but with out the uncomfortable bouncing.

I'm not much for gym type exercise either. However, I did buy myself something called a totalgym, which is a resistance training device sort of like the weight room stuff. It's small and portable, sort of. I went nuts on it for the first while, then kind of slacked off over the summer. I need to get started on it again. I have so little discipline that way, but I must say it is amazing how energised I feel after I have used it.
Good for you. Keep at it.

Heh, I totally understand. I rarely exercise too, and people would be shocked if I managed to do what you did. :)

*cheers you*

Keep going - I can honestly say it makes you feel better.

(When I started, I had the "bouncing", as Knullabulla puts it, and that told me how overweight I was. Now I don't).

*cough*boobs*cough*

it's still a risk for the ladies ;)

Yeah, that was what I meant.

yay, sweetie!! i think the elliptical machine is probably safer than having you on wheels (i.e., bike). =P
