I still have to pack and polish Yuletide Story #1 and write Yuletide Story #2 and revise my Wiscon Chornicles submission. But I am DONE with finals and have had lots of tasty free alcohol thanks to a professor's wine tasting, and I just got back from four hours of karaoke in which people were goofy and danced and belted out songs. And I sang Joan Jett's "I Love Rock and Roll" (and many other things) at the top of my lungs, and it was AWESOME.
All in all, I am quite happy with the world, and I will be back in Taiwan in about 36 hours, and I have had the largest grin on my face all day because I am DONE! With my first semester of grad school! And I survived and had some social life and did not flunk (at least, I presume)! And I now have three whole weeks of vacation!
