Wow, it's been a while since I've written this up.
I am still utterly convinced that original!Syaoran's parents cannot be Sakura and Syaoran. Either that, or they are, and they adopted original!Syaoran, and I think their actual kid is Watanuki. Or something! There are entirely too many Syaorans and Sakuras to keep track of, but at least they seem to be maintaining a 1:1 ratio right now!
It's been so long since I've read the earlier chapters that I can't remember if we're still in the middle of a flashback or not, but honestly, I do not care! Syaoran and Sakura interacting as kids is just too cute! And now, Fei Wang Reed shows up and condemns Sakura to death, foreshadowing the beginning of the series, and Syaoran is prepared to give up everything he loves to save her! It is almost as angsty as clone!Syaoran's decision to have her never remember him to save her, but not quite because it lacks the requisite amnesia!
I should have something better to say, except I am still confused and mostly just squeeing over any Syaoran + Sakura interaction, no matter in what combination!

I still share this idea, though I don't know if I'm really convinced or just really hoping it's true!
I totally cracked up at the interaction of Touya and Syaoran, and all the glaring between their chibi forms. Hee!

I...uhm...have difficulty getting my brain past that point.
Really, they are just so blatantly shoving the cuteness at us to make us love and adore real!Sakura (which may be smarter than how they had real!Syaoran show up and suddenly the Syaoran we'd been following all this time was soulless and abandoning Sakura and she was heartbroken and confused and it made things difficult!
And this is why the number of Syaorans and Sakuras must remain at a 1/1 ratio. In fact, that may be the entire point of the series...
