The princess of angels has run away to earth to avoid her betrothal to the king of hell and is now happily disguised as a boy. The four guardians of heaven have to find her, and her male friend at school seems to know a lot more than he lets on...

This is pure fluff, but it's fun fluff, and hey, it's got cross-dressing, heaven, hell, and the king of hell! Dong-Young (orig. Chun-Yoo the angel princess) is naturally clueless about most things, the guardians are probably going to be overprotective, and I am betting at least one develops a crush on her. Bi-Wal (the male friend who I am guessing is the king of hell. Given the way the series is going, that is so not a spoiler) is hot and overprotective and has a smirky smile that he uses to torment pretty much everyone.

I am fairly certain that absolutely nothing that happens will be surprising, but the art is pretty, and did I mention that whole angels and demons thing?

Yaaay recs! I have v. 1 of Dokebi Bride and Comic and really need to get around to reading them some time. And I kept looking at Antique Gift Shop because I kept getting it confused with Antique Bakery!

I've read the scans through, IIRC, volume 4, and no, nothing surprising happened aside from one instant crush I should have seen coming. But it was good fun fluff of nothing surprising. Cross-dressing, hot bishies of both sexies, gender ambiguity, and twisty personal loyalties makes for a good combination.

Supposedly, this is an adjunct of Demon Diary, but in the little of the latter I've seen I didn't catch what the connection is.

Hee, yeah, I am thinking it will just be good light reading. But sometimes you need that.

I had thought it was an adjunct of Demon Diary too! Only the writers seem different? And the worldbuilding feels totally different. Of course, I am saying this from the little I remember of one volume read two years ago.

I think Demon Diary switched writers by the end, though I could be imagining that.
