Saiyuki icons!

Aka, I cannot resist the sheer prettiness of Minekura's assorted artbooks. I mostly wanted to do group icons of the Sanzo-ikkou, because while I love them all individually and as barely subtextual couples, I love them best as a group.

I can do modifications and add text or whatnot if anyone wants. Other than that, all these are for sharing.

I'd be really, really, really excited if you just leave a comment if you take one.

I am working on a Gaiden fic that just keeps getting more and more depressing -_-;;.

And I still have billions more Salty Dog pictures to go through, because I really need more Gaiden icons as well!

Oh God. I want them all! I think I marginally like # 4 best, the design is so nice, but I'll be taking all several of these, which to be decided later.

I've been wanting to make my own of the four of them, so I probably won't take any of these, but they're lovely and I will try not to plagarize when I have time to go through the artbooks myself. =>

(I love the base images of #3, especially the sad Goku.)

Yes, the smoking pictures are great. I don't know if all #3 want to be icons in my head (the scary ribs bother me in some of them), but I think the Goku one should be.

Yeah... the guys are pretty, but sometimes they look like they need to be fed. Especially Sanzo!

I like that! Mine was to make everyone except Sanzo play mahjongg with me, because I suspect Sanzo would shoot me everytime I got confused which end I should draw from.

Oh, wow. rachelmanija referred me here when I was musing that I needed a new ikkou icon first before making my own ISW. And wow, this is just the kind of thing I had in mind but hadn't found elsewhere yet.

I think I'll be taking many of these, if not all of them... and adding you to my reading list, too, since I notice you're also a Gaiden-fan, and I adore Gaiden even as it breaks my heart.

Heh, I certainly don't mind... it's been quite a while since I've been up to writing any fic, but most of it is in my memories (I think) and linked from my userinfo. And I'm determined that I will write more! Someday! I don't think my love for Saiyuki and Saiyuki Gaiden will ever die.

I understand about RL getting in the way of LJ, too, and I don't even work or go to school, I'm disabled. Stupid chores, meals, sleep, etc... ~_^
