Yay! Returning to Cali today, after which I will enjoy the hecticness of putting together my new apartment. And I don't get internet until Tuesday, so that would be why I don't respond to intereresting posts and comments. Then I can anticipate books books books from aliera9916 and thewildmole who are simply lovely lovely people! *hugs both*

Whoohoo! You're back! I have so missed you....

I need to tell you that I used dried rose petals instead of popcorn for filler and now I'm stressing over whether or not that was a good idea. Let me know OK? I have the vision of books arriving coated in moldy rose petals or something. Hopefully hopefully not!

Trip was ok... it's the whole settling in thing that's odd. Mostly I just feel so strange living by myself in a place where I don't really know people. I mean, I have family friends here, and they're lovely and have already cooked for me, but mostly, I'm alone. By myself. All the time. I miss hearing people talking to me, or me talking to them. Having internet and LJ now makes it much better though!
