Ginger is good for settling the tummy and for the immune system. Maybe a bit of ginger infused in hot water sipped in small quantities? Also, mint is good for the tummy.
Definitely hydrate as much as you can. Do you have a hotline or something you can call to get advice? I don't mean to sound alarmist, but if it continues too long, you could end up needing IV hydration.
