It's called "Six," and it's in Holidays Are Hell (my Borders shelved it under Kim Harrison). And even better, it has Chinese vampires and the holiday is New Year, not Christmas! Actually, the story itself wasn't that great, but my heart flutters for the Chinese female counter-terrorist secret agents.
