She doesn't! (I read through the Yaone bits I have carefully to play her for an RPG.) It's always, always Kougaiji-sama (and Lirin-sama).

However, she does call Dokugakuji "Dokugaku" sometimes later in the series, which I think is terribly cute--they must be very close indeed for Yaone to give him a pet name!
