Ooo ok. I'm now wondering if I read Wyrd Sisters and forgot; the Macbeth plot sounds vaguely familiar.

The only thing I remember out of the one (or two) witch book I read was three witches, one of whom was pretty and new age-y and somewhat looked down on by Granny Weatherwax.
