That amuses me so much. I'm presuming it was something that, were it translated to English, one wouldn't be allowed to say it on the air -- but because it's in Japanese they can get away with it. Rather like during the Athens Olympics, some medal-winner (I frget which sport), when they saw their score, shouted something horridly obscene in Greek and did a happydance, and my father-in-law blinked, then grinned, and said, "I can't believe they didn't bleep that!"

If it's not in English, the FCC gives not a shred of care.
