A guy coming up and talking to you on the street might just be a friendly (if overly forward) pick-up. But when he's asking you very personal questions, that's crossing boundaries. And the bathroom thing not only crosses boundaries, it's a big flashing warning sign (I mean, I assume this was the ladies' room?)
