Irina is very much gone is S3... I think there were issues with getting the actress back, unfortunately. I have no idea if she shows up or not in S4, but I did hear rumors.

Dixon is... there, but not so important, alas. At least in the beginning. I stopped watching about halfway through S3 because irritation levels rose so high and I was screaming too much at the TV.
