Oh my god, isn't Chikalicious wonderful?? Did you get to see them prepare stuff? I didn't get to, but maybe next time... and the chocolate tart is one of the best desserts I've had for a while, which is really saying something because I eat dessert a lot (best part in life). And... so cute! Such beautiful plating! Such wonderful balances of flavor AND texture!
